ZUMBA® Fitness is a Latin Inspired Fitness Party that has taken the world by storm! Feel it to believe it!
Zumba® Fitness is the popular new craze that is on everybody’s lips and gyrating their hips! Fusing a collection of Latin American music and dance styles like Salsa, Merengue and Reggaeton into an exciting and easy to follow aerobic fitness class.
You may have missed Notting Hill Carnival, but there’s no excuse to miss Zumba® Fitness! Join the party and feel the benefits of a glowing, toned and energised body. Bring your brother, bring your mother – these classes are available to everybody over the age of 16, who are looking to work up a sweat in a fun and friendly environment.
Suggestions on what to wear and bring : You are welcome to wear anything comfortable that you can move in freely.
For Bellydance, barefoot is preferable or jazz/ballet shoes, etc.
For ZUMBA® Fitness, wear trainers with a low tread that allow you to twist on the balls of your feet freely.
For cCc, bring minimal valuables and wear layers that you can take off as you warm up. Some people bring their own yoga/beach mat for exercises that are done lying on the ground.
A bottle of water is essential. Small towel and wet wipes.
A total body workout that targets more than just your arms. Combining technique drills and core strengthening exercises, to appeal to both the novice looking for fun and a release of tension; as well as the amateur boxer wanting to improve their skills and stamina. Gloves provided but welcome to bring your own!
A functional Exercise class to correct physical imbalances whilst improving posture and core stability. A maximum of 4 people per class allow these sessions to be unique in their attention to detail for each individual.
Combining bodyweight exercises, Plyometrics, HITT, Circuits and Core Stability training to aid weight loss, improve muscle tone and flexibility; in a fun and friendly atmosphere.
Legs, Bum & Tums
LBT is a fantastic way to tone your entire body with of course, special attention focused on your legs, glutes and abdominal muscles. Combining conditioning and aerobic exercises to reduce fat whilst shaping and lifting your legs, bum and tum!
Post natal pilates
Only 4 pre or post natal women per class (babies welcome - please bring a muslin cloth to lay on our pillows for baby to lay beside you. Attending with them in a sling as opposed to a buggy is preferable) a lot of individual attention is provided, to support your body in gaining and maintaining strength - before, during and after labour.
Chloe is a qualified Advanced Studio Professional, accredited by City & Guilds and a level 3 Personal Trainer. These 121 sessions are tailored to your individual needs allowing you to hone in on your specific health and fitness goals. Depending on your aims and interests, training can take place in The Healthworks Pilates and Yoga studio, YMCA East London's Health and Wellbeing Gym or weather permitting - local parks.
